Rooted in the resilience of our rural communities, TRDF proudly joined the African Climate Summit preparatory meeting in Addis Ababa organized by @pacja, @CareGlobal, and the Consortium for Climate Change in Ethiopia.
We engaged with the Government of Ethiopia @MoPD_Ethiopia as a host, @AUC_DPA, @UNECA, and other key stakeholders including @Oxfam, @PlanInternational @amrefworldwide, @EAFFInfo, @WEDO and the African Youth Climate Assembly to co-create a unified African agenda for the Africa Climate Summit 2025.
As African Presidents will convene in September, we reaffirm our commitment to place rural development at the heart of just, inclusive, and climate-resilient futures across the continent.
