Women and Youth Empowerment
Our Women and Youth Empowerment Program focuses on equipping rural women and young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive. Through education, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support, we help them build sustainable livelihoods and actively participate in community development. The program also promotes financial literacy, leadership development, and access to microfinance, ensuring they have the tools to shape their futures.
We place particular emphasis on closing the gender gap in high-demand fields like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), where women remain significantly underrepresented—making up only 29.2% of STEM workers compared to 49.3% in non-STEM roles, according to LinkedIn data.
